Do you offer click & collect ?
Normally this is an option we offer, but we’ve temporarily closed our King’s Road pop-up store. We’ll update you when we re-open!
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days (though at peak times, this can increase and would be noted), or we do offer expedited shipping options for just a little bit more.
How can I get 10% off my first order?
For 10% off your first purchase with us, sign up for our newsletter and you’ll be emailed a discount code to use at checkout.
Do you have any open roles?

If you don’t see anything that’s quite perfect, there’s also a ‘name your dream job’ option where you can tell us a little about yourself and we can keep your details on file.
Do you have sales?
Very occasionally we do hold sample sales. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter, create an account and follow us on social media to be the first to know!
The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back and can I be notified?
If you go to the product page and select the size you’d like from the dropdown, you’ll be able to enter your email there to be added to the waitlist.
We typically don’t expect further deliveries of this one from the factory, but if we get any returns, we’ll notify you via email.
In the meantime, we regularly add new pieces to the site (usually each week!) so we hope you find something you love just as much!

Do you have a store?
With the health of our lovely employees and customers in mind, we made the decision to temporarily close our 94 King’s Road pop-up, but we’re always open (and happy to help out!) at rixo.co.uk.

What is your returns policy?
We’re happy to accept returns of items with all original tags attached within 28 days (14 days for items purchased in a sale or purchased at our pop-up store).
Can I return something I purchased at a sample sale?
All sample sale items are sold as seen and we’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at our sample sale. We aren’t able to make any exceptions.
Do you have free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping in the UK and if you need your pieces a little bit sooner, you can also pay a little more to upgrade to expedited delivery, see all the options, here.
Can I exchange my order?
At the moment we do not offer exchanges – we’re so sorry about that!
We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 28 days of the order date. You’d then be able to go ahead and place a new order.
I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
If you’ve already placed an order, we aren’t able to make changes, but send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help out as best we can.
