We offer a returns policy for products returned to us in their original condition with all tags still attached


What’s your return policy?
All returns must be sent to us within 28 days of receiving your order.


Swimwear returns
Our swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Your return will not be accepted if the hygiene strip is removed or altered, or the item(s) otherwise shows signs of wear.


How do I return?
Please send your order back, containing your invoice and products with all tags attached.

Please log in to your RIXO account.
Once in your account please click on the Returns tab (at the top of the page)
Select the order you wish to return by clicking on “request a return”
Please fill out the online form and press submit.
Our returns instructions will follow.

If you used our guest checkout and do not have an account on rixo.co.uk
Please email customercare@rixo.co.uk with your order number.
Please state that you used our guest checkout.

 

How long does it take to process a return?
We will confirm with you once we receive your return and your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 working days to see the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


What if my item is faulty?
We’re sorry about this!
Please notify us by email to customercare@rixo.co.uk with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.


Can I return online orders from RIXO.CO.UK in a store?
No, online purchases must be sent back to our warehouse.
