What’s your return policy?
All returns must be sent to us within 28 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).

Swimwear Returns
Our swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
Your return will not be accepted if the hygiene strip is removed or altered, or the item(s) otherwise shows signs of wear.

How do I return?
Please send your order back, containing your invoice, return slip and products with all labels attached.
Please note; we recommend you use a courier that offers shipment tracking and insurance services for its full value while in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.

How long does it take to process a return?
We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will then be processed, please allow 3-5 working days for return of payment.

What if my item is Faulty?

Please notify us by email to with details of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
